We proceed as follows

• We require 10 % of the total amount in order to confirm a homestay our end.
• 90% balance due to us should reach our account at least 15 days prior to arrival
• In the case of cancellation we proceed as follows:
• More than 1 month before arrival, we keep the deposit sent.
• Within 4 and 1 week before the trip dates, 50% of total will be kept.
• Should it occur within 1 week before arrival, no refund will be made, we regret.
• If a homestay is cancelled due to war, general strike or natural disaster, we will offer alternative dates for your group.
